About Us

Pete’s father introduced him to rental properties early on in San Diego, recruiting him to help renovate and rent his investment properties when they became vacant. As Pete grew more experienced, he learned how to visualize properties for what they could become, then follow through with renovations, marketing, and finally, management. Pete has flipped several homes in California and Tennessee, acquired rental properties, and helped other folks do the same - navigating both the buying and selling of their properties.

Curtis is our virtual Executive Assistant and offers his services to us through his company, ORCVirtual, Inc. A 30-year veteran of professional administrative and executive assistance, Curtis’s experiences span a variety of industries including real estate, investing, banking and finance, non-profits, entertainment, manufacturing, human resources and hiring, and cemetery management. He is the voice of Hummingbird Homes not only for our owners and landlords, but for our tenants. He is typically the first point-of-contact and is a trusted member of the team. He is much more than a virtual assistant – he is a true small business consultant and one of the few transparent business owners in the industry. Curtis is the CEO and Founder of ORCVirtual, Inc., a Certified Life Purpose Coach, a musician, an ordained pastor, and sits on the Board of Directors of OYM-Africa as the International Director.

Curtis lives with his husband, Robbie, in Tampa, Florida along with their 35-pound cat, Ender, and a 2.8-pound toy yorkie, Tobin.
